Pre and Post Employment Issues
A substantial portion of our practice at Smith & Smith Attorneys is devoted to both the beginning and the end of the employment relationship. We offer our clients advice as to pre-employment testing, advertising for a position, drafting an enforceable employment contract, and avoiding an employment contract, among other issues. Our attorneys also will draft and review employment contracts for clients.
Also, we offer client counseling on severance issues, the Older Worker Benefit Protection Act, and the WARN Act, just to name a few.
