Client and Employee Education
At Smith & Smith Attorneys, we believe it is our role to aid our clients in the prevention of employment related liability. In our experience, the most effective way to achieve this goal is through preventative education. To that end, we offer employers and managers counseling and seminars on employee-employer relations, laws and regulations that most affect a particular workplace, and the best practices with regard to hiring, disciplining, investigating and discharging employees.
We also offer seminars for employees to inform clients of current legal issues affecting employers, of the impact of employer behavior, and on any issue that the employer views as significant in maintaining its desired relationship with its employees. Our attorneys have been offering these services to clients for over 60 years.
